Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits made via local bank transfer and major e-wallets are credited to the Player's Account balance within sixty (60) seconds in the majority of cases. h89h5 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for verified Accounts during normal operating hours. h89h5 reserves the right to extend processing times for large withdrawal amounts or where additional verification is required. Withdrawals will only be paid to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the h89h5 Account.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon Account closure, any Real Money Funds balance (net of any pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided no outstanding investigation is in progress.
